Notes

Ankle felt great last night after doing strength exercises. Woke up to it feeling stiff, massaged it. Ankle has tingles of pain at times. It did not hurt when running except for a level 1 pain when running down hill. It does not like running downhill.

When I do the test of flat foot, lift toes, it is level 2 pain. The side of my ankle appears to be working harder than normal.
