Notes

I know my pelvis is tilted again, and will not get it adjusted until my hip flexors are not so tight. I am stretching throughout the day, and am making progress. My left leg still aches when I start to run, so I have only been in the water, it does not hurt then. Running with one leg shorter than the other may have really banged it up.

My stomach feels sick today, and I think it's just from hurting for so long.
