Notes

Easy on the 7 mile loop as recovery after a "hard" last 3 days. Felt pretty good and did 4 strides at the end to loosen up. I guess the workout tomorrow is 5x400, 5x200. Need to stop being so damn lazy and get back to doing morning runs, been EXTREMELY bad with those. However, it is kinda hard when you have a shitload of homework.
