Tempo, was aight. only got 20 minutes when my goal was 25-30. I was gassed at that point and was working too hard. Ran 9 miles last night at about 7:00, and was feeling it during the tempo, rookie mistake. Will plan better in the future. Not a loss but could have been better. 20 mins @ 5:49 average. Got hella light headed after I got off the treadmill and had to sit for a sec. Haven't felt like that since I passed out in high school (lol). Must be low in electrolytes. Will adjust and improve for next time!
