5xMile repeats. First successful interval/CV workout of the year. Thresh, interval, CV, interval interval. Footing was not the best but we made it work. Slightly hilly and windy. 5:38, 5:17, 5:27, 5:19, 5:16. Solid work! Ended with a monster cause it's Halloween hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha get it?
