Went out harder than last week but still not as hard as I need to. Had a solid mile 2-4, but the first and last miles were slow. Disappointed in the race overall…28 flat AGAIN. Feeling stagnant and stuck. I know it's coming but I'm getting frustrated. Really proud for my team as a whole, though. Awesome race fellas. Finished with a short monster.
