Notes

27:31. Feels good to get a PR under my belt this season even if it was only a couple seconds. First 2k felt effortless, but I know I was going fast. Second loop was fine, but started to get a side stitch the third loop? Like didn't I do enough freakin core and drink enough water to avoid this??? Last loop I just said eff it and went as fast as I could. Had a solid last 1000 to finish. Monster to end it. Needed that race to redeem myself after a lackluster season. Didn't accomplish my main personal goal this season, but going to do everything I can to make that team goal happen.
