Notes

Solid workout today. 3k on the course, 9:58. 20 min jog, the 3 x mile on the track, 5:20, 5:21, 5:15. Definitely could have ramped it up on the miles if I needed to. Nice to have this little confidence boost. I know I'm in good shape, I just need to translate it to races. Finished with a monster.
