knee hurt about halfway through. Saw Chiro after, found out glute wasn't firing correctly. got ART done, left leg was jammed up, she thinks it's IT band related. Advised to ice and work on glutes. mild inflammation below the knee cap.
iced a couple times throughout the evening.
