Nice and easy, hardly broke a sweat. Plan is one more 20 on saturday morning, then carmel marathon in 2 weeks. I don't feel ready since I had the flu, still feeling like i don't have a lot of energy to take me very far. It's going to be a challenge. We'll see how this 20 goes.
