Wan't so bad of a workout. The recoveries were definitely long enough for a full recovery. Pace felt quite manageable today. Biggest issue was the "TreadMax" group class taking up all the treadmills at first. Really wish they'd wouldn't schedule that class when the gym is most crowded. Ended up being able to snag the good TM close the ESPN Tv that doesn't shut off until 90min.
