3 x 15 lunges (10lb weights), 15 reps machine hip-flexor inward (90lb), 15 reps machine hip-flexor outward (95lb)
3 x 12 reps leg extension (90 lb), 12 reps hamstring curl (90lb), 12 reps calf raises (90lb)
