Felt pretty good today. My lower back is still a bit sore, but I was able to get through the workout just fine. Tried to focus on good form today.
Tried to coordinate the workout today with Adam. We ended up not being able to side-by-side treadmills, but were close enough to yell out the start of each interval. He was ready to go before I could get through 3mi of w/u, so I just extended the c/d.
