Was originally thinking a 10k tempo, but I didn't have it in me today. Was fading working my way through the 4th mile and then actually hit the stop button on accident at the 3.28mi mark. Decided to switch over to 800's for the remainder of the workout. Not what was originally planned, but not a bad workout in retrospect.
