Yowza. A tough run, but I got through it. First few miles felt OK, but I was really working by the midway point. Threw in some shifts in incline (1.5% for 2min, 0.5% for 1.5min, and then back to 1% for 1.5min) and pace (5:30/mi for 2min and then back 5:33/mi) in order to break the run up into manageable pieces.
