Tough but definitely manageable. Added in some slight inclines (1.5% instead of the usual 1%) in order to break up the intervals. Unfortunately, I hit the stop button about 0.25mi into the 3rd interval and had to wait for the treadmill to reset before restarting the interval. Reran the full 2mi w/ 0.2mi extra as "punishment".
Legs felt pretty beat by the end of the cool down. Glad there's only one run on the schedule for today.
