Notes

Much more manageable than the last couple weeks. Hopefully a good sign that I'm getting fit. Felt good enough to add in some hills and slight speed pickups over the last 20min. Also, decided to go for 8.5mi instead of 8mi in order to help bridge the gap to the 10milers in the coming weeks.
