Progression from 7:30/mi down to 6:15/mi (7:30/mi down to 7:03/mi in first ten minutes, 7:03/mi down to 6:15/mi over 90 minutes, 5 min cool down at 6:48/mi).
Wanted to get the long run out of the way, so that I could have a guilt free ski weekend. Tough to do on a friday afternoon.
