Notes

Including 12x steep hill sprint. Opted for the short trail hill in Cummings Park (~150m consisting of moderate up, quick down, and then very steep up). The rest increased a bit as the hill reps made it tougher and tougher to recover (between 0.1-0.4mi recovery). Pretty much spent by the end of this run.
