Notes

Great conditions for a run, so I decided to push the pace a bit. After a slow first mile, all the miles 2-18 were between 5:59 - 6:18, w/ most in the 6:05-6:15 range. Pushed a bit in the final mile for 5:48. Good way to end the first big week in a while.
