Notes

Training plan called for 16mi with at least 8mi within 15-30sec of MP. Ran the first 6mi at ~6:40/mi w/ some inclines mixed in. Dropped the pace to 6:00 for mile 7 and 5:56 for mile 8. Miles 9-16 were between 5:36-5:52. Added on a couple cool down miles.
