It's really satisfying to get through a workout without too much trouble that would have been a gut buster a few weeks ago. Not super easy by any means, but never was I in doubt that I could get through the workout and I felt like I had just finished up a normal run afterwards. Added 0.2mi to the 3rd repeats to get a full 10k of speed in.
