Tough workout today. Wasn't sure I was going to make it through all 8. Tried to help break up each interval by switching from 1% to 1.5% for ~1min. Definitely fatigued the legs over the workout. Felt like I recovered pretty fully during the jogs, but could feel the overall fatigue increasing, particularly during the final 3-4.
