Started at 6:00/mi and increased the speed every 2min. After 10min, increased the speed every 1.5min. After 20min, increased the speed every 1min. Over the last 2min, increased every 30sec. Basically a fronted loaded progression down to 5:00/mi pace. Wouldn't have been so bad if the gym wasn't so hot.
