A nice relaxed long run. The schedule called for a "easy to moderate" long run this week, which was good news considering I wasn't feeling so great going into the run. I set off at a comfortable pace and fell into a groove of 6:30's. Picked up the pace a bit during the second third, averaging around 6:25/mi, and then picked up the pace a bit more for the final six, averaging around 6:20/mi. Definitely a much lower effort long run than usual, but probably a good choice after a week of tough workouts and higher mileage.
