Back sore from the massage yesterday, so I decided to switch up arms and legs this week
Post-run leg workout
3 x 15 lunges (10lb weights), 15 reps machine hip-flexor inward (80lb), 15 reps machine hip-flexor outward (100lb)
3 x 12 reps leg extension (100 lb), 12 reps hamstring curl (90lb), 12 reps calf raises (65lb)
