Yowza. Beast workout is right. Was concerned about being able to get it done going in, but after about mile 2 on the 2nd repeat, I began to believe. 3rd repeat was rough, but I made it through. Exciting to complete a workout I've never done before! Hot in the gym today... absolutely soaked by the time I got off the treadmill.
