Notes

So... much... concrete. Nice weather and definitely a flat course, but I could have done without 20ish miles on concrete or cobblestone...by the halfway point, the legs felt completely trashed. At mile 16, we turned into the first real headwind of the day and the 5:40's suddenly became 5:50's. Though I slowed in the second half (1:14:30ish/1:16ish), I was proud that I was able to keep moving and finish this one up...definitely took everything I had in me.
