Psoas still bothering me a bit, so I skipped the inward adduction today.
Lunges - 3 x 24 (w/ 10lb weights)
Adductor outward - 3 x 15 (110lbs)
Bench - 3 x 12 (135lbs)
Rows - 3 x 12 (170lbs)
