Hopefully the tempos gets a little easier over the next couple weeks cause that was pretty rough... Started at 5:39/mi for ~2.5mi (thought I was at 5:36/mi) then moved up to 5:36/mi (slash realized my mistake) for 5min, down to 5:33/mi for ~15min, 5:30/mi for 5min, and then ramped down to 5:21/mi over the final 5min.
