Legs felt much better than yesterday. Pushed the pace during the run... I need to up the quality of some of my long runs. I think that was lacking last fall. Went out in 1:07:21 and came home in 1:05:42. Tough hills out there. Approximately followed the ~3mi to ~14mi portion of the Paavo course (skipped the turn in by Gile Flowage to keep the run about 20 miles)
