Decided to sleep in and then multitask the long run and the Packer game. I was happy with the decision as watching the game definitely helped salt the miles away. Eased into the pace, starting at 6:40/mi for the first 30min, 6:30/mi for the second 30min, and then 6:20/mi down to sub-6 over the final 65min. Included at least 2min of incline in every 5min... mostly 2-3.5% over the first hour and then 5-7% during the second half. I didn't make a great choice for dinner last night leading to some stomach issues over the last 90minutes, but I was able to make it through the run without stopping. Ended up throwing up 4-5 times and not feeling well for the next 3-4hrs... good times. Well, at least another long run is in the books.
