Notes

Warmed up and ran the golf course with Candice. Sprinted up some of the climbs and circled back for Candice. Went ahead on the cool down and added on a couple miles. Beautiful day and an enjoyable run. I won't miss the horseflies when we head back to Minneapolis though.
