Ugh. Upper 60's with 95% humidity at the start. What a waste of money and training.
Felt good early on (first mile or two), but by mile 3, I was really fighting to maintain PR pace. I held on until about the 10km point, but then I backed it off because I didn't think the pace was sustainable. It probably wasn't, but I'll likely be haunted by that question for the next 6 months.
