Ugh. Not a good experience. Too much pizza for lunch and not enough sleep last night. Felt like I had a brick in my stomach and really didn't have the energy or focus for this run.

Basically progressed from 6:39/mi down to 6:18/mi w/ 8 repetitions of 3min @ 4-5% incline followed by 3min @ 1%
