Notes

Much better than last weekend. Triple loop of Stone Arch to Franklin w/ Central added into 1 one in order to get in a super hilly route. About 1100ft up and 1100ft down all together. Felt more limited by muscle fatigue than aerobic (could be due to helping Drew move yesterday, the weekly mileage, or just the hilly route). Solid run overall.
