Notes
3:10 Pacer for the marathon today... definitely an interesting experience. Didn't have my stomach in order and had to make 3 bathroom stops. Mile ~12.5 and ~17.5, I sent the group on ahead and then put down a decent split to catch them before the next mile marker. Felt bad to not be right there pacing, but there really wasn't a choice involved. After the whole group disintegrated, I was still feeling pretty rough, so I decided to make one more stop. It was tough to stay slow in the final miles... particularly with no one left to pace... I was definitely glad to get to the finish line. Not a great day by any means.
