Notes

Went pretty well. Definitely a tough run, requiring a good deal of focus throughout, but doable. Added in some minor hills (2min @ 1.5% followed by 1:30 @ 0.5% and then back to 1%) and slight speed increases (5:30/mi for a 1min and then back to 5:30/mi) in order to break up the final 5mi a bit.
