Didn't want to miss the world cup final so I headed to the gym for the long run this week. I somehow always seem to forget how much I sweat running 2+ hours on a treadmill. I could hear the moisture in my left shoe for the last 3 miles. Good game though. Made the long run a progression from 6:58/mi down to 6:00/mi (one step every 10 minutes, then stayed at 6:15 for 30 minutes and dropped down to 6's over the last mile).
