Definitely not feeling as strong on this tempo as the last couple weeks. A few more miles in the days leading up to it though. Ramped up from 5:36 down to 5:21 during the first mile, and then centered on 5:24 & 1% with 1-2min at 1.5% or 5:21 every other 1-2min.
