Notes

Not bad for not running for a week. Need to get back to 6 miles per day and then back to 35 miles per week. Need to start Myles Standish and Blue Hills again. Knees felt good. Too many cars all going to the Hobomock Skating Rink . Not good with the snow and ice along the roads.
