Notes

50 degrees when starting, 48 when finshed. Shorts and long sleeve T shirt. Light clip on back. Keep trying the CHI running. Seems to be working. 8:51mpm is faster than in a while at any distance. Can feel myself pushing but not too bad. Legs feel good. Keep doing some strengthing exercises at night which also seem to help. Am trying to decide whether to run the Falmouth Marathon or not. Have to run minimum of 4 times per week. Have been running 3 lately.
