First time running in a week (ON MY 58th BIRTHDAY!!!).
Running in the dark, patches of ice, pot holes, narrow roads with 3ft snow banks lining the edge. Plenty of excuses not to run but if I don't then it will only be that much tougher when the winter ends. Need to keep it up.
Thighs a little sore. Will stretch and lift weights.
