Very warm and humid. 1/4 mile from end was large rain pddle on side of road. Stopped and splashed water over head, chest and face. Felt great. Even went back after I finished and did it again. All good. Trying to force myself to run in hot and humid conditions to get ready for race next Sunday. In 4 weeks in Run To The Rock but I haven't made up my mind on that one yet. Weighed 165 after I finished but was really dehydrated. Plan is to run 11 Monday, Wednesday and Friday of this week. Will see how it goes.
