30 to Old Lancaster to N Valley Forge to
Valley Forge to paved path to one way
road and back. Coming back there are two
Hills on Valley Forge. Worst I have ever run.
First hill was the worst of the two.
Valley Forge was mostly dark and just starting
to get light but you could tell how big it is.
