All good. Time is getting a little better. Probably because of the cooler weather.
Worked on house with extension ladder in afternoon. Now sore spine, right above ass on right side where I have been feeling discomfort for a while. Can hardly walk. Trying to force myself to make it better. Can do situps on ball as usual but regular walking really bothers me. Doesn't feel like muscle. Took two Tylenol for inflamation and will see how that works. Hopefully this will not last long.
