Started out good but my hips suck. Really bothered me. Had to stop and walk 1/10 of a mile on Standish (about 7-1/2 mark). Stopped on Valley to shit. When I started again my hips felt much better until Standish. The stop to walk on Standish also helped me to finish the jog back to the house. Will now look at orthodics, shoes or something. Need to fix this.
