Notes

At PT appointment - run/walk on treadmill. 5x(1 min run @ 5.2 mph, 1 min walk @ 3 mph) with walking warm-up & cool-down. Knee felt great - no pain during running or walking. Knee was a little sore later in the evening with minimal swelling, but felt fine the next morning.
