Long run - with tempo - so run easy for the first 2 hours - about 12:30 - 13 min/imle and then last 45 minutes faster - building to HR zone 4-5a and pace 10:45 - 11:30ish.

This run went much better than I expected. Ran on a rolling course with a few good hills in it. Most of the bigger uphills were on the 2nd half of the run, which I felt. Legs were definitely tired by the end of the run, but otherwise felt OK.
