Workout was 2x(1200 + 1600) with 800m recoveries. Stopped halfway through because my stomach was just not feeling the fast running and it wasn't getting any better with walking.
On the plus side: the 1600 was around the pace I'm hoping to run in this weekend's 5K, and it felt like it might be doable. Also, I finally beat the old guy, which is (sadly) somewhat difficult to actually feel good about.
